A Think Pink Card

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share a card I made for one of the blogs I follow. My Pink Stamper is having a "Think Pink Week" and posted an address of a lady that lives in Rocklin who is going through treatment for breast cancer. Well, I just had to jump on that band wagon since she lives so close! This card was made with all scraps. Hope you enjoy it.

Happy Rainy Sunday!

Hello all! Hope everyone's Sunday is going well. Have been enjoying a nice rainy Sunday at home. I so love the rain, but only when I get to stay home! :) This time of year makes for the best baking/cooking weather. Have a nice pot of vegetable beef soup simmering, made 2 batches of cookies, and a loaf of bread is baking in the bread machine. MMMM! Here's a quick card I whipped up after all that fun in the kitchen. Enjoy and thanks for looking!

Fall is here!

Hello and happy fall!!! It was a beautiful fall day today and I spent most of it in the kitchen baking. I absolutely love fall!! And apparently so do my girls, especially since they commented on how much mom bakes this time of year and how much they like whatever I make. Besides the baking I was able to play in my room a little bit. Working on a scrapbook of our trip in September up the Oregon Coast. Also made some cards yesterday. Have really enjoyed  making Halloween cards and even got one done for Thanksgiving. Well, hope everyone has a good week. Enjoy my Halloween card!

Happy Saturday!

Hello! Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday. Had fun in my room today making cards and started our 25th Anniversary trip scrapbook album. Hopefully I'll get it done before we celebrate 26!! :) Here's a card that I made for a challenge over at the My Pink Stamper blog. I used my Doodle Charms cartridge for the cute snowman and the cute little face stamp is from Peachykeen Stamps. Love their face stamps. Also used my Cuttlebug on the pink cardstock, thought the snowflakes went well with the patterned paper. Well, better hurry and post my card over there. Have a great rest of your day!

Busy Day!

Happy Friday! I was really busy on my Furlough Friday. Besides doing the usual laundry, etc. I was able to get 3 cards made. 2 are birthday cards and one was a Halloween card. One of the cards is for Corey's boyfriend whose birthday is tomorrow and one is for my Sissy's hubby, Brian. I'm thinking about submitting one of the birthday cards to a website that is asking for submissions for design team members. That would be so cool to be chosen! Well, we'll see. Here's one of the birthday cards. Hope you like it!

Happy World Card Making Day!

Hello! Hope everyone had a great Saturday. I had plans to play in my room today and celebrate today, but hadd a lot of interruptions. Well, at least I was able to make 1 card today, so all was not lost! I used my new Simply Charmed cartridge that I just received Wednesday in the mail. What a really cute cartridge! The patterned paper was from K & Company mat stack, cardstock is Recollection from Michael's, and the stamp set is from My Pink Stamper. Her stamps are great! Hope you like the card and enjoy the rest of your weekend. I know I will!
