Happy Birthday...
Hey everyone! How's your evening? I wanted to share another version of yesterday's card. I made this for my daughter's birthday this week and I made sure to bling it up some. Since I had some pre-cut DSP and card stock leftover from yesterday's open house and short on time today, I thought it was a perfect solution for making her card.
I cut the butterfly a second time using the Silver Foil DSP for a shadow affect. I pressed the Coastal Cabana butterfly in Versamark and sprinkled it with Iridescent Embossing Powder and hit it with the heat gun to add some more bling. It's hard to see the bling in the picture, but it turned out really cool. The other butterflies were stamped with Coastal Cabana ink.
Here's the inside card stamped with Coastal Cabana on Coastal Cabana. I love the look of the tone on tone. I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set Big Day. Had to add the bling here too. :)
Well, I hope you like the card. I think I enjoyed making this as much as the ladies did yesterday. This butterfly set is adorable and so much fun to use. I hope you have a great week, and I thank you for stopping by.
