Good Sunday Morning!


Hello all! Hope your weekend is going well. It's been a hot one, so I've been hiding in my room. I made this card for my DGD's birthday next week. Hard to believe she's going to be 16!!! Yikes! I have been wanting to use my new Rock Princess cartridge and I thought it fit in with Challenge #5 - Transportation over at Cricut 360. Now, I know this isn't exactly the way you want a 16 year old to drive, but this is so opposite of her quiet personality that I thought it was perfect. Here's the recipe:

The Paper Company cardstock
DCWV Glamor Girl stack pattern paper
Image from Rock Princess
Ribbon and jewel from Michael's
Sentiment stamp from Scrappy Mom's Stamps
Swirl and Numbers stamps from stash
Stickles
Prima flowers
Sakura White Gelly Roll pen for doodling

    Such a cute card- she will LOVE it! It is a little unnerving to watch your kid drive away by themselves the for the first time after they get their license...but it does eventually get better:) Amy
